You don't need to have a PayPal account in order to use your
credit card to purchase our CD-ROM education courses, but PayPal
will give you the option of creating an account if you don't
have one.
Sales tax is automatically charged for New York State
residents. If you're a tax-exempt organization located in New
York, and want to use a credit card,
click here for instructions. We'll need a copy of your tax-exempt certificate before
we can waive sales tax.
Please note, all sales are final on our CD-ROM
education course products. No refunds apply. Your purchase will
appear on your credit card statement as:

To order, follow the steps below:
- Select the CD course product(s) you want,
by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You can adjust the
quantity in the Shopping Cart at any time. (You may have to
click on "Continue Shopping" in the Cart window to return to
this page.)
- If you want additional user licenses (if
offered) for the CD you've selected, add it to the Cart also. You'll
have the chance to adjust the quantity when you view the Cart.
- When you're done selecting, click on "View
Cart".
- Adjust any quantities, then click on
"Checkout". Sales tax for New York State residents will be
added.
